Privacy Policy

How AisleMaster NZ handles the measurements, sketches and contact details you send with a shelving enquiry.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the site type, the approximate bay run length, your preferred finish, and a free-text field for measurements and notes. A trade account checkbox is available for fit-out crews. Nothing else is requested, and the site does not create accounts, process payments or keep saved carts.

How it is used

Photos, rough sketches and measurements are read together to prepare a bay plan, a cut list and assembly notes for your shelving run. Contact details are used to send that material back and to follow up on questions about wire uprights, cantilever brackets, castor kits, wall channels or corner gussets. Your details are not sold or shared for unrelated marketing.

Where submissions are stored

When the form is submitted, the handler writes the entry to a local log file at /private/submissions.jsonl. Each entry records the submitted values, the submission time, the form identifier, the page language and the source GET query string. There is no automatic deletion schedule: entries stay in that log until the site owner removes them by hand.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the information held about you, request a correction, ask for deletion, request a portable copy, or withdraw consent to further use. Visitors covered by the GDPR or the CCPA can exercise these rights on the same basis. Send the request from the email address you used in the enquiry so the record can be matched.

Privacy requests and contact

Privacy questions and data requests go to the Johannesburg contact address below. Please state clearly what you want done with the record.

Accuracy and last update

This page describes the enquiry handling as it actually works. It makes no claims about certifications, delivery windows, response times or completed installations, and it does not present endorsements, urgency or affiliations that do not exist. Last updated in 2026.
