These terms set the ground rules for browsing the AisleMaster NZ catalogue and for sending us a shelving enquiry. Read them alongside our privacy policy before you submit measurements.
The catalogue describes modular stainless steel and epoxy-coated shelving, wire uprights, cantilever brackets, castor kits, wall channels and corner gussets for commercial kitchens, bakeries, butchers and dry stores. Listings are product information, not a binding offer, and dimensions shown are nominal until confirmed against your own measurements.
When you send a photo and a rough sketch, we prepare a bay plan, cut list and assembly notes from the details you supply. Final sizing and load-rated bay selection depend on the accuracy of those measurements. You are responsible for checking ceiling height, pipework, door swings and fixing surfaces before any drilling or assembly begins.
Trade pricing is available for fit-out crews, and single-bay orders are accepted for small kitchens. The site itself does not provide accounts, payments or order tracking. Any order, quote or trade arrangement is agreed separately, and its own written terms apply once confirmed.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy catalogue content for resale. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and we may decline an enquiry where the information provided is incomplete or the request falls outside the shelving ranges we supply.
Bay plans and cut lists are prepared in good faith from the measurements and notes you send. We are not responsible for installation carried out by others, for fixings chosen on site, or for load placed on a bay beyond its stated rating. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any claim relating to the site or an enquiry is limited to the value of the goods or services concerned.
